About us

Lauren and Brian worked together for a number of years and found a shared passion in providing exceptional care for those they serve.  Together they form a team with the drive and commitment to make an impact in their clients' lives through strong clinical practices.

Generally, we find that people have overlapping concerns and a mix of treatment options that may include, or even go beyond, those mentioned for each of us below, can be integral to assisting clients in making the progress they desire.

We will collaborate with you to prioritize your needs and concerns and work with you in navigating and integrating the different types of treatment we can provide to help you accomplish your goals.  We strive to make sure you understand the options and why we may or may not gravitate toward any one of them in order to be the most effective and make the best use of your time.

At the end of the day, it is important for us to know that we have created a constructive therapeutic relationship and safe space for you to be heard and move forward.
